Website Design
We built HALC a custom WordPress website designed and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards — crisp contrast, large click targets, and comprehensive screen-reader support. The information architecture puts the most important resources within easy reach: rental property overviews, wait-list updates, emergency assistance numbers, and applicant resources. The site is designed to serve a sensitive audience with clarity and respect, and to give HALC’s staff a tool they can maintain without specialized technical knowledge.
Website Hosting and Maintanance
We host and maintain the HALC website on managed infrastructure with hardened security, encrypted form handling, daily backups, ongoing updates, monitoring, and direct support — appropriate for a public agency handling sensitive applicant information.
