Website Design
We built HADCO a fully custom WordPress website meeting WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards — high-contrast palettes, larger tap targets, full screen-reader support, and keyboard-navigable interactions throughout. Information architecture puts the most-needed resources within two clicks: eligibility checklists, wait-list timelines, landlord resources, and emergency contacts. The site’s secure online application portal uses conditional logic to expand and collapse fields based on user responses, collecting only the information needed for each applicant’s situation. All form submissions travel over encrypted connections, and automated status notifications keep applicants informed throughout the process.
Website Hosting and Maintanance
We host and maintain the HADCO website on managed infrastructure designed for public-sector workloads. The plan includes hardened security, daily backups, ongoing updates, monitoring, and direct support from our team. Sensitive applicant data is handled with appropriate care — encrypted transmission, restricted database access, and regular security audits.
