McMinnville School District is a public K–12 school district serving approximately 6,800 students across six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school in Yamhill County, Oregon. They’re a smaller district with a small team of dedicated professionals managing communication across the whole district.
Work With Us

We designed and built custom WordPress websites for the McMinnville School District and its individual schools, tailored to how the district’s small communications team actually works. The information architecture serves multiple audiences — families, staff, students, and community members — and the content management system is designed so non-technical staff can post announcements, update schedules, and maintain school pages without developer involvement. The work also extended to a new district logo and refreshed brand identity that communicates the district’s commitment to educational excellence.
We host and maintain the McMinnville School District websites on our managed WordPress infrastructure. The plan includes daily backups, security, monitoring, ongoing updates, and direct support — essential for a public school district that depends on its website for daily communication with families and community members.
We designed a new district logo and refreshed brand identity for McMinnville School District, communicating the district’s commitment to educational excellence and creating a consistent visual identity across the district’s communications, signage, and digital presence.

Abide Web Design created and hosts our school district’s websites and also created a new logo for us. They did an excellent job listening to what we wanted to accomplish. Our new sites both look better and work better for our staff and families. Abide was very easy to work with and willing to adapt the sites to what we wanted.
Send us some project details, and we’ll get back to you with an estimate and schedule a time to meet. Thanks!
