Real-time email alerts fire whenever drawings or addenda change on any project they’re tracking, ensuring no spec revision slips through the cracks.

Each job file opens to a dense data panel—key contacts, estimate deadlines, site photos, and historical bid results—so members can size up future opportunities at a glance. Behind the scenes, a custom WordPress backend organizes thousands of PDFs every week, indexes every page for keyword searches, and auto-tags files to the correct project while giving staff drag-and-drop tools to update schedules or archive closed jobs. The result is a lightning-fast exchange where contractors spend less time hunting documents and more time winning work.
