A custom WordPress website for a multi-generational Baptist church engaging Fort Worth and the world with the Gospel.
Birchman Baptist Church is a multi-generational church in Fort Worth, Texas, made up of people from all over the area who have come together to study God’s Word, to worship Him, and to reach the world with the Gospel. Their vision is to raise passionate disciples and disciple-makers in Fort Worth and in every nation. Throughout the week, their ministries serve everyone from preschoolers to senior adults. Close to home, they run a weekly food ministry called Corners of the Field, and around the world they have commissioned missionaries to five continents and launched a long-term partnership with pastors and churches across Peru.
Website Design
We rebuilt Birchman Baptist Church’s website on a custom WordPress theme to reflect the breadth of their ministries and to help them share all the good things happening at Birchman with their community. Each ministry, from Kids and Students to Median and Senior Adults, has a page on the site, so people of every age can see what’s there for them. Birchman keeps their Life Groups and Sunday Morning Bible Studies in the church management software they already use, and the site lists them from there, so each group’s leaders and meeting times stay current and nobody has to enter them twice.
Website Hosting & Maintenance
Birchman Baptist Church is one of our longest-standing clients, and we continue to develop the theme we built for them. Their website runs on our hosting. We monitor it day and night, make a backup once a month, and keep WordPress and its plugins current and the site secure, so their staff can give their time to ministry rather than to the website. They can call or email us directly with any question. We designed email templates for them too, to carry news and upcoming events to their church family.
