The Branch
A logo and the WordPress website The Branch had for years, for a Corvallis, Oregon, church reaching college students and young families with the gospel.
The Branch exists to make disciples of all nations who are in awe of the gospel, embody the gospel, and are giving their lives away because of the gospel. They began as a church plant in Corvallis, Oregon, and they hope to reflect the city around them, with college students making up at least 40 percent of their congregation, alongside families, single professionals, and older members. Through Rooted, their college ministry, students meet each week for Bible study, and in Twigs, children go through the story of the whole Bible over three years. They strive to keep church life simple, so their members aren’t overwhelmed with church activities and have time for the people in their lives.
Website Design
The Branch came to us looking for a website that was easy to navigate, clean, and simple to use, and we built one for them from scratch. We designed it to feel welcoming, so someone thinking of visiting could quickly find out when and where the church met and what was coming up. In a college town, most of their people went online from their phones, so we made the site just as beautiful for them to use on a phone as on a computer.
Logo Design & Branding
The Branch’s logo is our design, and they still use it on their website today. We kept it minimal — a single branch in a circle — because they wanted a mark that would serve them for many years to come. For each new sermon series or event, The Branch could ask us for the artwork and flyers they used to cast vision and tell the story of their church.
SEO Services
Since the beginning of their inception in 2012, The Branch has desired to ensure their church shows up at the top of relevant search queries for people in Corvallis looking for a church community. We worked toward that as we built their website, to help those people find The Branch.
